Who are we?

We specialize in providing holistic support, enabling our clients to maintain physical mobility and cognitive sharpness. At the intersection of compassion and expertise, we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve, ensuring a proactive approach to both physical and mental well-being. Join us in promoting a thriving community where movement and memory intertwine for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What do we do?

Empower Lives Through Comprehensive Movement and Memory Care. Our center is dedicated to fostering well-being for individuals facing Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, and other special needs across all age groups.

The owner, Jill, wanted to open a place for people with unusual considerations (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and special needs population). We work their bodies by having fun with strength training, non- contact boxing, fine motor, and any other need that they might have. We individualize as much as possible even in a small group setting.

Jill was also a special education/ alternative high school teacher for 26 years so she understands the special needs of all different types of people. She can think on her feet and she loves to see people's personalities come out and smile.

Jill's father had Parkinson's and she did everything she could to keep him moving until she lost him in 2020. She lost her mother two years later to congestive heart failure so she understands and has the experience to assist throughout the process.

Jill has certificates in the following areas: personal training, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, senior fitness and nutrition.

Meet the Owner

Jill, wanted to open a place for people with unusual considerations (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and special needs population). Pieces of Hope works their bodies by having fun with strength training, non- contact boxing, fine motor, and any other need that they might have. We individualize as much as possible even in a small group setting.

It all started when Jill's father was diagnosed with Parkinson's and she did everything she could to keep him moving until she lost him in 2020. She lost her mother two years later to congestive heart failure. Not only does she have real life experience to understand the compassion and patience needed, but she also has many tools and education to make a difference.

She was a special education/alternative high school teacher for 26 years, which gives her the ability to think on her feet and adjust to the needs.

Her favorite part of the job: loves to see people's personalities come out and smile.
